Mastodon Updated to 4.4.1 (July 9, 2025)

We updated C.IM to Mastodon 4.4.1 on July 9, 2025.
This update brings C.IM onto the Mastodon 4.4 series and includes a few local changes to keep our custom setup working as expected.
Notable changes from Mastodon 4.4.0
- Added “Followers you know” widget to user profiles and hover cards
- Added support for verifying and displaying remote quote posts
- Changed the frontend build system from Webpack to Vite

Theme changes
Because of the frontend build changes, several older custom themes are no longer compatible and have been removed:
- Win95
- Cybre Space
- Cybre Light
We also updated Tangerine UI to version 2.4.1.
C.IM custom features
Custom limits on C.IM:
- Toot length increased to 5000 characters
- Polls now support up to 20 options
- Image upload size limit increased to 32MB
- Video upload size limit increased to 100MB
