Mastodon Updated to 4.7.2

We have updated C.IM to Mastodon v4.7.2. This patch follows our recent 4.7.1 update.
HEIF support temporarily disabled
Mastodon has temporarily disabled HEIF image support as a security measure. If you need to upload a photo in that format, convert it to JPEG or PNG first. The release notes do not provide further details about the underlying security issue.
Bug fixes
The update also fixes several problems with posting and account management:
- Submitting the same post twice no longer causes a server error.
- Importing a JSON file that is not a custom-filter export no longer produces a server error.
- Deleting an account now also deletes its generated annual reports.
- Bulk deletion of notification requests now cleans up the associated notifications.
- Email-address blocking rules no longer interfere with administrators freezing or approving accounts.
Subscription emails also get a fix for relative privacy-policy links, so those links point to the correct page.
